My dream has been realized, if but for a short while. My site is currently (and probably not for much longer) #1 in a google search for: Web Design Blog (at least from where I’m sitting). Not that it means much, and certainly not that I deserve it. But anyway. It feels good, in an […]
I’m a huge fan of light-on-grey designs. There just aren’t enough sites out there that use it. I have a feeling that we will be seeing an increase of this color scheme in the corporate world over time. Here are a few designs that have blown my mind recently: Veerle’s Blog (just redesigned… looks a […]

Emil Stenström on how to write consistent cross-browser compatible CSS. Some great pointers. A good starting place for CSS beginners. (And a nice refresher even if you know what you are doing. Via 456 Berea Street.
Brainjar has an excellent article about CSS Positioning, The Box Model, and how they interact and affect eachother. Definitely a good resource for understanding nuiances in behavior that you might not expect when starting off with CSS.
If I may toot my own horn for a moment (toot toot!), Godbit, a site I contribute to from (rare) time to time was recently inducted into the 9rules network*. There was even a nice write-up about Godbit on their blog by 9rules’s man, Shawn Anthony. If the Christian faith ever needed a handful of […]
