Jesus commanded his followers to remember him through communion, also known as The Lord's Supper, but many churches either overcomplicate or oversimplify this sacred practice. The apostle Paul's corrections to the Corinthian church reveal what should concern believers about communion and how it should properly be observed. Rather than relying on tradition, Christians must return to Scripture to understand the true meaning and importance of this foundational command.
