The Web Standards Project: Target Sued for Inaccessible Web Site

The national federation for the blind has sued Target because their Web site is inaccessible to the visually impaired.

I have an article coming soon on why this is a big deal. Just thought I’d point out this landmark case. The article in the above link expresses all my sentiments very well.
