My Web Design Toolbox

A recent thread over at Godbit made me think it would be fun to keep a catalogue of hardware and apps that I use for Web design. So, from now on, you can check out My Toolbox page to see what I’m using. I’ve picked up a lot of apps over time trying to find an environment that works best for me. To be honest though, my typical day is spent in Macromedia Fireworks and Dreamweaver (code-view mode, of course), and uploading things through Dreamweaver or Transimt. Along with Firefox and the Web Developer toolbar, that’s what I use mostly.

Thanks for sharing your vast knowledge. The toolbox is a great idea. Right before reading the thread at Godbit, I has written some posts about my tools. At one time I almost built a site dedicated to tools of the trade, but decided I didn’t have the knowledge, time, or resources to make a comprehensive site.

Do you use any readymade site development tools too… please mention if you use any… they would be of help to me.

Sam, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “readymade site development tools”. Can you give me an example? I’m not sure I use any…
