Selectlogo Rips Off Hicksdesign Logo

Well, it appears that Selectlogo is a scam logo agency as well, selling copied logos as originals. The specific logo in question is the Hicksdesign logo.

LogoMaid Rips Off Dan Cederholm’s SimpleBits Logo

On the off chance that you read this blog and not John Gruber’s or Dan Cedarholm’s (which I suggest you remedy immediately), it appears that a cheap, stock logo site is ripping off Mr. Cedarholm, and then denying it, even accusing Dan of design theft.

Shame on you.

Smashing Magazine posted 45 Fresh, Clean and Impressive Designs. It’s always nice to have a look at what other designers are up to.

I chose my top five favorite out of this list. Ones that are well designed in their genre without being overdone, overly ripped off, or overly clichéd. Nice work, everyone
