The Rock - Ames, IA
The Rock, Ames Iowa, a branch of Stonebrook Community Church (my church) focusing on college singles and 20-somethings. This site was near and dear to my heart, so of course, got a little extra attention. I developed this site, end-to-end, (planning, design, integration into the CMS) the logo is by Relevant Solutions and the CMS is Ekklesia by Monk Development. I did have a little help from Tony Hill, who took care of some loose ends, and was advised by several others (see below), but overall consider this to be the current flagship of my portfolio.

- A Flash featured announcement banner powered by SlideShowPro, injected into the site using SWFObject
- Photo gallery using phpFlickr and the Flickr API to integrate members’ Flickr photos.

High Peaks Venture Partners
The High Peaks Venture Partners site redesign was done by Direct Steps Consulting in partnership with Assembla Inc. Direct Steps created the graphic design, CSS/XHTML/DOM Scripting, and integrated it into the Wordpress content management system.
Aside from the clean design and optimized, valid CSS/XHTML, what really sets this site apart from the crowd is it’s excelent custom photography work by Donna Abbott-Vlahos of The Albany Business Review.
DirectSteps.com Redesign
Introducing Version 3.0 of DirectSteps.com, my Business’s Web site. I couldn’t stand the old design any longer, and after I went live with this new version, I felt like I could breathe again. Enjoy
Farrell Growth Group
I created this Web site from end-to-end. Graphic design, CSS/XHTML, content entry, Wordpress integration. XHTML 1.0 Strict, built with Accessiblity and SEO in mind.
Released for only 1 month it is already moving towards the top of the ranks for key search phrases for their business.
Elk Run Condominiums
Another collaboration with Cramer Development. I designed, built, and launched this site based off of an existing brochure of theirs under a very tight timeline. The client was very pleased with the outcome.
I created the Design, XHTML, and CSS, and entered the content for them. The site is valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. Built with SEO and Accessibility in mind.
